Vinç Takip is a multi-tenant cloud platform that brings fleet tracking, periodic (statutory) inspections, maintenance, work orders and operator certificate management together in one panel for crane rental and operations firms. Instead of spreadsheets and scattered files, it lets you run your whole operation from one place.

It is designed for organisations that operate crane fleets — crane rental firms, construction sites, ports and factories. Fleet owners and operations managers can handle day-to-day tracking without needing technical knowledge.

Fleet & Crane Tracking, Inspection & Statutory Control, Maintenance Management, Work Orders & Calendar (conflict detection), Site & Status Map and Operators & Certificates are offered on all plans. The Customers & Quotes (Commercial) module is available on the Pro plan and above.

For each crane you record the inspection date, result (pass / conditional pass / fail), inspector and findings. The system tracks the next inspection date; checks that are approaching or past their date rise to the top of the list.

Yes. When the same crane or operator is about to be assigned to an overlapping time window, the system warns you; this prevents double booking and confusion on site. You can plan your jobs in the calendar view.

Yes. You record operators’ certificate class, issue and validity dates; certificates that are about to expire or have expired are surfaced, so you can plan renewals well before an audit.

At the moment, the Site & Status Map lets you see cranes on a map by site and status. Live GPS location tracking (live telemetry) is on our roadmap and will be added soon.

Vinç Takip is a phone app. The fleet manager, site supervisor and operator use the same app, each with their own permissions; an update made on site shows up in the office at the same moment.

Vinç Takip runs on a multi-tenant architecture: each firm’s data is isolated within its own organisation and is not shared with other firms. It provides role-based access control, audit logs and a data-processing infrastructure aligned with the principles of KVKK (Turkey’s data-protection law).

Yes. With roles such as Fleet Manager, Site Supervisor and Operator/Inspector, you decide who can view and edit what. Permissions are defined by role and can be customised per person.

Yes. For small fleets there is a free plan with all the core modules for up to 3 cranes and 3 operators. Accounts are opened after a conversation: write to us, we talk about your fleet and open your account together.

The plans differ by their crane, operator, monthly inspection and storage limits. Free is for small fleets, Pro is for growing firms (including the Commercial module), and Enterprise is for large fleets and bespoke needs, with priority support and an SLA.

We start with a short call about your fleet, your sites and how you track inspections today. Then we open your organisation and give your team access with the right roles. No server setup or maintenance is needed.
