KVKK Privacy Notice

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller is HatsonTech (Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye).

• Data processed: The full name, email, phone, company and message content you submit through the contact form.
• Purpose: To respond to your request, arrange a demo and communicate with you.
• Legal basis: Your explicit consent and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5).
• Retention: Data is retained for as long as the request requires and in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• Your rights: Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to its processing.

We do not use this information for any purpose other than responding to your request, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The terms relating to data processed within the product (the application) are governed separately in your service agreement.

This site is provided to give information about the Vinç Takip product. Its content may be updated without prior notice. Features that are stated to be part of the product but are marked “coming soon” are not yet live. The binding terms relating to the service are set out in the service agreement you accept at sign-up.

This site does not use third-party tracking cookies that are not necessary for it to work. Fonts are served from the site itself (no connection is made to an external font CDN). If analytics or advertising cookies are added in future, this policy will be updated and the necessary consent mechanism will be provided.
